Red on the head of my penis
Please help me. The head of my penis is like having a red like a blood clot. I noticed before it became like that there was that the some part of skin on the head is dry and shiny. I don't knkw if it is related on the accidental hit by the zipper of my pants. That was hurt but it gone until few months there are dryness and now red. I never engaged in any insexual activities I only did masturbation. I am worried. Do you have guys any idea regarding this? Could this be any disease?
