Red lump at the area of circumcision

My son aged 16 months recently underwent a circumcision procedure on 11.04.2024, and his surgeon advised dressing the area twice daily with betadine lotion and fucidine cream.However, I have noticed a small red lump at the lower skin of his penis, and I am unsure whether this is a normal part of the healing process or if it requires further attention. I would greatly appreciate your expert opinion on the matter. kindly advise whether this red lump is a cause for concern?
