Red colored spot on penis foreskin
I had rough sex with my partner. However after next day , there was a red coloured spot on my penis with a little itching and pain. Moreover the foreskin is bleeding when i touch that spot. Photo attached.
What should i do. Shall i consult a doctor for this or it will go by itself. Please suggest

Apply t bact cream locally twice a day for five days...it should settle.looks like little trauma during sex..
