Asked for Female, 16 Years

There are three painless circles on the heel of my foot, two are dark red and one is black surrounded by red.. they appeared around a month ago and the black one used to be red.. I'm really scared and i don't know if it's a blood blister because it's not 3D.. or is it melanoma or hopefully something less worse
