  4. Red bumps on butt and groin. Is helping.

Red bumps on butt and groin
My 2.5 year old has these bumps for over two weeks now. It started with a bad diaper rash (thebabysitter had him in a super wet diaper when I came home) I've tried: destyne, anti-itch cream, I've let him run around without diaper,hydrocortisone, nothing is helping.
