Red bumps itchy swollen

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Woke up noticing my penis having a small area of red bumps sort of a rash looking type with an itch. Later on the day i had unprotected sex with my partner but before that i checked my penis to see what was going on and everything looked the same I did not get alarmed till after we had sex when i noticed tiny small dots were all over my penis head with itchyness and swelling
