Red bump on my vagina

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend 28 days before ,now i have a cold sore in between my lip and nose and a painful bump/pimple like on my vagina near clittors .Please help what can it be??? In between i had throat pain for one day which subsided after i took antibiotics I am very worried please help .
