Red bull good for runners....?
Can we drink red bull before running ... Is it good for providing energy ... If we are taking for the first time ... Will there be any disadvantage for that ...

Red bull is a caffeinated energy drink containing high sugar that in turn is calories . So my suggestion will be it can be taken once in a while but regular consumption and substituting it as a energy drink before running is surely not recommended Thanks
