Red bruise-like veins on breast

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi I recently noted red veins on my left breast but didn't think much of it as just that day i shoved into a person. This is the third time i have noticed it. Yesterday, it was on a bigger area. It went away in morning but again it's there. Please tell me what to do?is it a general problem? Shall i visit an OB/GYN or visit some other specialist?
