Recurring Stomach pain
I am having stomach paid for last three years. usually it start in March and ends in August without any medicines. the pain stays for 1/2 hours to 1 hours and then get ok. It happens 2 to four times in a day during above months. I have gone through Appendix operation due to this but problem remain the same

Do you have any other history apart from tummy pain like headache vomiting during tummy pain . What do you do to relieve your stomach ache? Do you have any asthma,hay fever, migraine history in you and your family?

Well ..you need to have food on time..do not wait till hunger pangs.maintain proper time. Divide your meal time to small proportions so that you dont over eat..secondly drink lots of water. ..atleast 8-10 glasses per day . thirdly.. You need to stroll for a min of 15 min after each meal...stress,tension,all these are also factors of acidity...avoid outside food,junk and oily food...better to have gone cooked food for few days
