Recurring Pain in underarm (both )

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I feel pain in underarm all of a sudden, it lasts for 2+3 days and it heals on its own , it is happening for around 1 year. I suspect it is bcoz of seeking of lymph nodes.. What might be the reason for this , I don't have any other symptoms.
