Having 101 fever every night...throat pain...body pain...headache....no bleeding...no vomit....no diarrhoea... paracetamol not working...taking mentioned medication since yesterday...suggest blood tests to take

Hello..It would have been better if you had mentioned since when you are facing all these symptoms...I would suggest you to get cbc ,dengue and malaria test done...And also Widal if fever more than a week...Hope you understand... Thank you
