Am 27 yr old female working professional. I go to office at 5 pm...and when I return home by 3 am..I get fever every night..temp..100-101 degrees. The fever goes off in morning. And I feel a lot tired and my muscles are always pulling..a fatigue keep me of feeling. I went for typhoid check ups and CBC..but no typhoid was found and CBC was overall okay okay. And yet this fever comes every night from last 3-4 months. And have also lost weight quite a lot. Am clueless for what to do. Pls help.

Hello please take a Chest XRay and TB good year to rule out TB. Secondly take a break from work for sometime. Take Dolo 650 at night and drink warm water. R u having any cough or block nose etc. consult online and discuss . With your chest X-ray report
