Recurring cystic acne

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am facing huge problems regarding acne since 2years. I have very oily skin. I started having severe acne 2years back. Since then I have tried various home remedies along with medicated ointments of benzac ac and deriva ms. But the problem is persistent. I keep getting recurring acne on my face and recently they have turned into cystic ones which are really painful. They leave bumps and ugly black scars behind even after treating with ointments. Please suggest what can be a permanent solution to this? My face has started looking puffed and full of scars and I am suffering from low self esteem because of this.

Acne can be a crucial cause for causing depression and losing self esteem.but it is a curable condition.there is no need to feel helpless.a proper treatment with oral medications along with topical creams would be necessary for the same.chemical peeling will also help you.please share detailed history along with a clear picture on my personal online consult for further management.
