Recurrent urinary tract infection
I have hypothyroidism. I have been having recurrent urinary tract and vaginal infection every month since couple of years, which increases few days before menstruation. I have consulted couple of doctors and have had pelvic sonography, urine culture, blood tests but nothing was found. One of the gynaecologist told me it's due to hormonal changes. Please suggest what may be the cause and treatment as it's very annoying to continuously suffer from UTI every month. Thank you.
