I am a 63 year old post Menopausal professional. I have no major health concerns. Since April, I have had 4 courses of Medications for recurrent ecoli UTI. Each time it resolves, then comes back again
I have just completed the 4th cycle of antibiotics. Culture is sterile. How do I prevent recurrence?

If culture is sterile and you have no symptoms of urinary tract then no need to do anything.
