Rectal Pain
I'm 24 and I live in Ulsoor, Bangalore. For the last couple of weeks, I have been facing discomfort during my bowel movements. The pain is usually only when I defecate and it doesn't hurt the rest of the day. Is it a hemmhroid issue? How do I pursue treatment for this?

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You need to take a high fiber diet.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Avoid oily and spicy foods.
Have 5 smaller meals instead of 3 huge meals a day.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
