Recrrunt Apthous ulcer
I have RBC:- 4.48, MCH:-32.8, monocytes:-0.07, all remaining are in normal range. I am having recrrunt Apthous ulcer in mouth along with tongue and very sensitive mouth. What can be diagnosis? It can be onset of macrocytic animia?
