  4. Recently polyp removed. To get worse?

My adenamatous colon  polyp was removed 2 months ago after that again i started getting diarrea and blood comes in stool occasionaly severe indigestion and my colon gets bloated when i am physically active. Whenever i lift my nephew of 1 year this start to get worse

Dietary modifications needed, consult near by surgeon regarding per rectal examination inorder to check for haemorrhoids
