Receiving Mini strokes

Asked for Female, 25 Years

She frequently suffers mini strokes which last for 5-10 mins. She takes proper medicines for that but than also it doesn't have any effect to it..What is the core reason for it? Why is she receiving such storkes often? Please suggest a proper and curable method for it.
