We have tested the CBP and iron profile test for my 1year old baby boy. Report says in remarks Alert..RBC:predominantly normocytic normochromic with ovalocytes .is it serious and waht does it mean.kindly advise.

No it's normal.No need of worry.
Just give iron rich food.
