RBC and protin in urine

Asked for Male, 38 Years

I have don urine test and found RBC 10 and protin 100 mg.urin burning sensation and stone came from urine. Back downside pain' also have. What is the reason.any serious. Urine culture nagative. Cytology also negative. Can you suggest

Please get an ultrasound done if not done yet . Rbc may be due to the stone . Just repeat the urine test after a couple of weeks . Plenty of fluids , cranberry can help .
