Raynaud's Phenomenon
Hi there! I'm 19 and I've had Raynaud's for as long as I can remember. It doesn't help that I am a stressed smoker (I use an e-cigarette which at the very least prevents tar exposure) but it has been a problem before that. As a young woman with depression/anxiety, there is a lot of overlap with those mental disorders; symptoms and conditions that have Raynaud's as a symptom and it's worrying. Should I explore other medical opinions on my health issues or is it just primary Raynaud's?
