I have been bit by a rat last night at my feet..! At mornig I saw a wound there. I have just taken a TT vaccine and Anti Rabies 0 day dose.. Do I need to get anything else? Please help

The preliminary treatment you have taken is right. I would also advice a dose of oral and topical antibiotics and also keep a watch for development of fever and/or swelling, increased redness or discharge from the wound.
