Rashes small reddish bump on legs

Asked for Female, 4 Years

My daughter 9 months old has developed rashes on legs and cheeks. They are red in colour. Her skin is very dry. She is on formula milk. She had an episode of Fever lasted for 3 days. Treated with homeopathy medicine. Now she just have cold and cough which is like again looking fine. There is no pus in red rashes and scattered in leg. Its like 2-3 rashes on thigh and the 1 near knee. 2-3 in ankle. These rashes episode are getting regular. They come and go.
