Greetings - first of all i am not sure what this fair cream of yours has and not sure if its even safe in pregnancy or not. So first of all please stop using the same. Secondly your skin needs to be assessed - your skin condition could have been caused by long term unwarranted use of certain creams - so kindly see a qualfied dermatologist near you any get treated for the same. if its not possible to visit a dermatologist in your cureent state, then meet him sometime after delivery. Best wishes. take care
