My daughter of 5 yrs has had very rough patches on skin at various places across her body. Though they are not very red or visible but she has recurring itching ther and is rough when touched. We regularly apply Coconut Oil and sometimes moisturizer but did not help. Can u help?

Apply cetaphil cleansing for bath and immediately after that moisturize with cetaphil moisturizer lotion. Cetrizine syp at bedtime for itching.
