Well it would be helpful if you would have posted the pictures...what exact is the chronic disease you are suffering from...it can be tinea infection or fu gal infection or staph infection...please meet a dermatologist and get yourself examined...you also need to get your blood sugar tested..thank you

Hello.......you should have posted pictures of rashes... If they are black and scaly associated with itching it could be fungal infection... Local examination is required for confirmation.. Consult dermatologist in nearest hospital ...doctor will provide medication....
