These cuts and rashes are due to fungal infection. Bring in hot humid atmosphere can increase chances of fungal infection
Also at sex it can be spread from one partner to another
Next Steps
Meet a Dermatologist to get completly cured of it, also get your partner checked by gynecologist. Both should get treated simultaneously.
Then use condons which will prevent infection from spreading from one to another

It would be helpful to get your blood sugar levels checked to rule out diabetes as fungal infections are common in diabetic.
