Rashes on one side of tummy and thighs

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Hi, My daughter is 3 years old. She has developed small rashes/blisters on one side of tummy, thighs and hands. It started with small section and now its spreading to one side of body.She is itching a lot.Its been more than a week but its not reducing. I have applied desonide lotion. Need your suggestions as what is these rashes and how it can be treated ! Thanks, Nidhi
