Rashes on Hand,foot ,body and tongue
Hi doctor
My it's regarding my son Nikhil 8 yrs old, since 2 days we could notice the red boils like rashes on his palm, foot , buttocks area which is not itchy. Also ulcer like on his tongue sidewards and inner cheek which is painfull for him to eat. Throat area too tiny red spots where Since 2 days he is not having food properly. No fever but mild pain on the red rashes. So pls could you tell what might be the reason and suggest some medicine or home remedies, Foods to eat and avoid?
