Hi Dr. Sunny Aggarwal, thank you for your answer. I used Cetaphil for my son's bath and shampoo, is that okay? is that the reason my son have so much rashes and redness to the point he will scratch it and it will blood alittle? my son also fart alot, is it normal for a 2months old to fart many times? :(

Looks like your child having significant eczema leading to intense itching. Better to consult dermatologist also. Farting is common in eczema patients . Cetaphhil is good product but if there's active eczema baby needs creams for skin application,so consult your pediatrician or dermatologist.
