Rashes in pubic area
I've been having itching for past 10-15 days, near the genitals, on the skin of left side testicle, and on the skin lining when the legs fold and come in contact with the testicles. I have been travelling abroad, and have changed 3 hotels since then. I believe the problem enhanced by using towels from these hotels and further scratching. At present, I feel this area wet sometimes and seen some red spots. I have applied Lamisilate cream 2-3 times. Kindly advise for fast solution.

You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs and buttocks area. It can be treated by taking four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Do not use soap over that area. Mistreatment with over the counter Steroid containing creams like fourderm, panderm, quadriderm, hh zole, candid b etc lead to repeated case of recurrence and also side effects due to application.
