Rash-like blotches on chest

Asked for Female, 16 Years

Hi, i am a 16 year old girl. I have had these pink/light brown blotches/spots on my chest for over a year. It started off with one spot when my breasts began to develop, 14-15 aged. Then it spread all evenly over my chest, and up to the side of my neck, its a slightly darker shade than my skin and doesnt ich or swell or dissapear or make me feel ill or anything. It looks like a rash almost. Can u help me get some idea of what it could be? Thankyou.
