Rash around my genitals

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I have a rash near my genitals, not on it however. It is around the area. It is between my genitals and thigh. It is very itchy and seems irritated. The rash is slowly extending towards the thigh. The skin is dry and peeling off, along with redness of the skin increasing.

Its a fungal infection. Stop using all your meds. Keep it dry. Use antifungal cream plain ones like ketoconaxole cream. Dont use any combination drugs cream. Use oral fluconwzole 150 mg twice in a week and continue it for 6 weeks
