Hi there i had to have 4 teeth removed 7 months ago and one of the teeth was the very back but one upper and the day i had it removed i noticed a small hole i could suck and push air through anyway cut a long story short i now have a migraine most days i have a rancid smell coming from the one nostril along with mucus running down the back of my throat and having to blow my nose at least 25 times a day and its smelly mucus too !

You seem to be suffering from oro antral fistula after teeth extraction. Now because of fistula maxillary sinus gets infected and causes headaches and nasal discharge. You need to consult nearby maxillofacial surgeon for closure of oro antral fistula
