Raised bumps from old acne on nose

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Actually i m 20,at the age of 16 i used to have some pimples on tip of my nose i pop or scratch pimples,then after they leave some dead skin on nose,but not these bumps are not pimples but a part of skin,like dry pimples,which is very irratating,so plz solve my problem,and also having low budget so cannt afford surgeries n laser
