1)one chest X-ray in 2018 2) head ct scan in 2018 3) two head ct scans in Jan 25 and feb 11 both in 2019 just a gap of 2 weeks 4)throat X-ray or ct scan don’t remember in 2018 5)chest X-ray in 2019 6)hrct chest in 2020 And many usgs of breast and abdomen pelvis due to pcos and pregnancy Iam worried if at all this much radiation exposure cause any serious condition in future.As I have read that only 1 msv is safe in a year but I have almost crossed 15msv already with head ct scan 2 msv each totaling 6 msv and hrct woth 7ksv and other X-rays.plz help to clarify my doubt iam very very much worried no one is clearly explaining me plz help thank you.all these were due to my overthinking and nothing health issues.iam just 27 now.

Back ground radiation is average 6.2 msv. Total exposure should not exceed 50msv in any year
