Rabies Vacination
Hello I had a dog bite yesterday and it was quite severe. I went immediately to doctor wherein my wound was first cleaned several times since it was deep. A tt injection was given to me. After cleaning, an anti-rabies injection was given followed by small stapler surgery since the bite was deep. I have now been given a chart where I am advised to visit doctor for taking injections on different days. I just want to ensure whether the treatment done is perfect? Also if I follow the entire treatment properly, is there still a chance of getting any effects or any health problem in future?

Yes the treatment given to you is correct.  Please complete the course of  injections as advised,  otherwise  you may be vulnerable to getting  rabies.
