I am taking shots and 3 of them are complete and one more is left and I got bitten by a start dog do I have to start again ? For rabies shots?

No.
You don't have to start again.
You just need to complete the course and then take one booster dose every five years.
That will maintain the immunity.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
