Rabies incubation period
I was bitten by a dog 13years ago and didn't got the vaccinations done that time. In some articles I have read that rabies can come after 25years of the bitten. So can i take vaccination of rabies now. because I'm very worried now and it's affecting my daily normal life.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Rabies would have killed you by now if you did have rabies. You could take a course of vaccination now as it would protect you if anything happens in future but as of now you can be sure you don't have rabies. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
