Naltima one tablet in the night after dinner. No alcohol too.. Day time u can use Nicotex tablets whenever the urge for smoking arises. Do not chew or smoke. There is no need to worry. U cannot quit tobacco in one day. Videoconsult me so u can set milestones for ur recovery from tobacco addiction.
