Hi sir/madam, My daughter is 6 months old. I started giving her cerlac. How many times can i give her cerlac in a day? What are the other foods that a baby can digest ? Do i need to follow a particular time routine will giving her food? I used to feed her only when she is hungry.

You can continue giving cerlac and also breast milk . You can slowly ween off breastfeeding later. After 6 months of age diet like mashed rice and dal is recommended in very low quantity. If baby tolerates you can continue giving the same. You can feed her every 3/4 th hourly.
