Query regarding sugar level & fattyliver
I am currently taking Saroglitazar 4 mg once a day, evion 400 once a day and multi omega capsulr once a day as advised by doctor due to mild fatty liver, high cholestrol(250 mg/dL) and triglycerides(290 mg/dL).
I have a query regarding saroglitazar if this tablet reduce sugar levels as I am non diabetic as I feel low and hungry after 4 to 5 hours of breakfast. My fasting blood sugar is 75 to 80 and blood sugar level before lunch (after 4 to 5 hours of breakfast ) is 80 to 85. Is this a normal range?
I have a normal bp, no diabetes, no other medical history?
Any other advise?

Blood sugar levels are at the lower end of Normal level.
