QUERY REGARDING PROKINETICS
Which prokinetic is the best for treatment of GERD and Gastroparesis ? My doctor is giving me Levosulpiride and domeperidone after an endoscopy  but it has caused no good effect . He also gave me itopride but to no use. Please suggest some good and effective one.

All the above prokinetics ( Domperidone, Levosulpride and Itopride) are quite effective for treatment and management of GERD and gastroparesis. Dietary and lifestyle modification is equally important for symptom management
