Query Regarding Plasma - My Rt Pcr Was Negative Last Month.

My RT PCR was negative last month. However, I had all the symptoms and my recent IGG Antibody Test showed a score of 10.7 s/co It means I was actually infected with covid and RT PCR was false negative. Can I donate plasma in this scenario?
