QUERY REGARDING BEST PROKINETIC FOR GERD
I want to know that my doctor had prescribed me firstly levosulpiride 25 mg TDS but when I didn't respond to it. He then prescribed me Cinitapride 1mg TDS alonqwith Baclofen 10 mg and Esomeprazole for treating LAX LES.
I want to ask you which is a better prokinetic?
Levosulpiride/ Cinitapride/ Mosapride

He has given you correct treatment
Levosulpiride is a newer agent with less side effects .But cinitapeide is equally gud in practise .
He has added Baclofen and esomeprazole
Don't worry u can continue with same treatment!!!
