I took Primoult N and I got my periods. Will I have to take this month as well or periods will arrive on time? I have an issue of high prolactin for which I am already taking medicine

It is better to consult the gynecologist and she is the correct person to tell you what to do next.
Try to go to the clinical examination along with the lady gynecologist and find out what could be the reason and it is not good to use hormone tablets always for the the irregular periods.
You have to go through the course of treatment to reduce the prolactin level and try to consult the gynecologist

High prolactin levels can cause irregular menses. Continue with the treatment for high prolactin. If the menses are delayed this month as well, you can take tablet, otherwise it's not required
