Why does eye power happen ? Can it be reduced if u have slight eye power ?? I have only a slight left eye power -0.50

It depends on several factors and it's recovery,though unusual but again it depends on that how accurately refraction has been done and what is the cause of refractory error.
So at present it is advised to use the glasses regularly and get regular check up done.

I am sorry but there is no medicine or diet to get rid of glasses
This power will become stable at age of 18 yrs
Eye power happen due to many causes like
A. Corneal shape
B. Eyeball size
C. Refractive index of lens etc
