Query Increasing height
My height only 4'8 feet, and I'm 19 years old girl. Can I increase in my height in that age. Someone said that is an in 19th increasing height it's possible and some person said it's not possible because your age was go to increase height. I also eat ashwagandha powdered mix in milk. But it is ok. Can I take this.

Dear Patient, My opinion is that you need to grow even taller. But listen carefully, not in height, but in confidence. You can work any wonder possible only for a live human body with your natural height itself. Please don't waste your valuable time and money thinking of increasing your height. Concentrate more on your studies or work. You may achieve great heights. In fact, there are men of lesser height too, who might be in search of a short girl like you to match them well. But, yes you are also free to choose a tall guy, if he understands you better. Be cool, be happy and burn out your low self-esteem. Best wishes.

Yes, it's possible to some extent. But for that consistency is needed in your treatment and the procedure, exercises adviced. Just taking ashwagandha will not help you at this age. Some ayurvediy procedures like nasya, basti help in this case. Please visit your nearby consultant for the thorough examination and treatment.

Yes you can to some extent but not much you expect as most of the growing bones will be fused by this time...if your parents are short then nothing can be done...take nutritious food ,protein rich food like chicken ,fish , pulses ,egg ,milk ,butter. Do Stretching exercises in early morning like skipping, cycling, swimming helps you a lot...Exercise at least five times per week. By using exercises that help with gaining height, you will naturally increase the level of growth hormones in your body. Certain weight training exercises, high intensity sprints and bar hanging can help you achieve this. you must strengthen your abdominal and back muscles first to get the most out of your exercises.
